Gift wrapping and packaging

The hankies come in packaged individual clear poly bags with a label sticker. We provide complimentary gift envelopes for each hanky as well. The poly bags is to keep the hanky clean during the shipping process. Please remove the poly bags and place it in the envelope for gifting.

However, we are not responsible if the gift envelopes arrive bent due to postal handling. You will need to cover the shipping cost should you decide to request for a replacement.

Sizing details

Ladies hanky are sized approximately 30x30cm
Men hanky are sized approximately 42x42cm

Care instructions

The hankies are brand new and can directly be used for gifting. While I don't suggest the hankies to be washed prior to gifting (to save yourself some work of having to iron and fold them again), if you have to wash it before or after use, hand wash or delicate wash is preferable due to the fragility of the lace edge. After leaving the hanky to dry, there will be wrinkles; so you can iron them on 'low heat' from the back (not directly on the print).

Can I see a proof of my order before it ships?

Yes you can! Leave us a note in the order that you would like a proof; proofs are normally sent out 2 days prior to ship processing and ship out. No changes to the line positions and template is allowed once proof is sent. Proofs are sent to you via email. I do not provide proofs for rush order requiring 1-2 days ship out.

 

Processing time

Processing time is 1-3 business days MAX (not including weekends). I will bump up order accordingly and if permitted depending on the volume. If you need a rush, please send me a message to ensure I am able to rush it out. You may need the express shipping upgrade.

Can I customize the message ? Is there a word limit?

Yes you can! Please provide the exact message as how you want it together with the rest of the details at the 'Notes to Seller' section at checking. I do not proof read, hence double check on spellings, grammar, and any edits required. 

There is a typo/defect to my hanky!!

Calm down. If you have at least a week before the wedding, I can have new ones reprinted (if the error is on our part). Just send me an email (hello@peoniesandbells.com) or "Contact Us" form asap. If there is less than a week to the wedding, a refund will be done.

 

I asked a question in my order. I did not get a response from you?!

I am not able to respond immediately to any questions in the order details. Questions that require immediate response need to be addressed via email (hello@peoniesandbells.com) or "Contact Us" form. I will typically reply within 12-24 hours.

I decided to place a second order. Can I do that?

You can :) I can combine shipping for multiple orders if the order is placed on the same day. To ensure you get the shipping overcharges refund, please drop me a message to request for combine shipment.

Are these embroidered hankies?

No, my store offers PRINTED hankies. Please read carefully the store and listing details. We do not accept returns/refunds because you ordered the wrong type of hanky.
